Hi Admin,

I already tried the module and was working great. For remote access, I used "direct url" option. It was working with the previous video but now, nothing.

I got two issue : the first video's not playing at all and the second one, only showing images, not sounds.

I changed the files name to put it simpler, without space or special characters and verified the "extension" (mp4).

Do you have an idea ?!

- Kindly get me your live site link in where I can check your first video.

- I doubt your second video doesn't contain suitable audio codec. Kindly you try re-encoding your video using Handbrake .

Recommended format : MP4 / M4V
Video codec : H264
Audio codec : AAC

Sorry Admin, I'm working on a localhost till now but I'm going to try re-enconding. Just to mention it, my browser (Mozilla Firefox 32.0.3) plays it without any problem, just by placing the direct url in the adress bar; hoping it'll hepl.

I just come to re-encode the file but I still have the same issue : No images, no sound, though the counter is working and I'm seeing the player filling the lenght/duration bar till the middle, after that, nothing.

It seems it's a file issue, I removed the former one and put it back into the player and it's still working great. I'll try to copy its "encodage" specs.
