how to add a mp4 poster image in allvideoshare

Hi,

I need to know how to insert a poster image in allvideoshare.
I've tried to insert in preview the link to the image but does not work.

Your image file path should be invalid. Could you please get me the link which I tried ?

Hi,

I figured it out. The image format for ipad preview is png-8, image does not appear in jpg.
