ALL VIDEO SHARE

After transferring my site to Godaddy I found that server traffic prevents me from uploading a video we create every week. Approx 150 mb disconnects me from the site. I have space for 350 MB. They recommend I try to ftp the video. I use filezilla to go to /components/com_allvideoshare/views/videos and place the video there. When I look at in in my backend I don't see the video. Any ideas?
