Filezilla FTP uploading was created by A

Hi guys,
Firstoff thanks for this component.

My questions are:
1)is there a way to use an already uploaded video somewhere in the server
or
is it possible to use other uploading like using filezilla or some other way and then just use those video files to add a video in the component

2)Which folder does it use to store a video, thumbnail image etc...

Hi,

Yes, You can add any videos to our component those are already uploaded to your server. Just use the Uploaded Video file's absolute URL to add it to the component. example : mysite.com/test.mp4

Using Direct URL method to add Videos.

1. Login to your Joomla back-end.

2. Select, Components -> All Video Share -> Videos -> New.

3. Enter your Title for the Video.

4. Select the Video Type as Direct URL.

5. Add your Absolute Video URL to the Video field.

6. Check this link to complete the remaining fields.

7. Click Save Button at the top right corner.

8. Congrats ! You have successfully added a new Video.

If you use the Built-in upload method of AllVideoShare, then the video files are uploaded to your media/allvideoshare folder.
