i suppose i am not have problem about the size but when i upload i got a 404 error

could you show me where i can get into the web.config file. do you mean the configuration of my joomla? or the component. can you show me the spesific place i can access the file I am sorry for my question because i am still new in joomla

I doubt your server is using 'mod_security' and it blocks the forms with heavy data.

Alternatively, You can also use a FTP client and upload your videos manually to your server to any directory and just use "Direct URL" method from the video admin as explained in allvideoshare.mrvinoth.com/forum/7-addin...ezilla-ftp-uploading

i will contact my hosting about that. what they need to do? open mod_security ?. anyway, in my website i allow my user to upload their file directly. not me.. therefore i want to ask why they cannot upload. do you have other solution if after i ask my hosting they have allow the mod_security.
