Hi,

great component. Thank you. I am thinking of purchasing the licence but I need to sort something out first as I cannot get it to work properly even after following your instructions.
I have had issues with pointing a thumb to the same page - like you have in Classic Demo.
The video player and thumb are visible in the front page. But, when I click on the thumb it only shows the video player without the thumb underneath.
I have AutoDetect ticked.
I have Custom Player Page URL pointing to the main page (as it is on my index page).

I also tried creating a sub page with the same linking to the module as the index page and still when I click on the thumb it disappears and only the video player shows.

I need the thumb to be showing as well after it is clicked and stay on the page. - EXACTLY as you have on the Classical page exaple.

Can you help and guide me what I might be doing wrong, please?
As I said I have read your instructions and I have read your forum posts so I do hope you will try to explain it to me without just redirecting to your How to page.

Could you please get me the screenshot of your AllVideoShareGallery Module's admin page. Also, I would ask your Website URL to troubleshoot the issue...

I have a guess on your issue. In Galley Module, You can see that we have two type of Gallery modes.
1. Videos
2. Categories

I apologies that we should have mentioned in our document that Custom Player Page URL property only works for Videos mode.

Kindly make sure, whether this is your issue...

Your Module settings seems to be fine.
