Thumbnails different was created by Tim Miller

When I select a video from a gallery item, the pictures are not the same as the video...sometimes the videos are different than what is expected...

why is this happening?

Should be the Cache issue. Kindly make sure whether you have disabled Caching in Global Configuration Panel.
