Thank you Admin for the quick response to questions in this forum. I have a problem with thumbnails in direct video upload.
1. The thumbnails show in the gallery but is not being picked up by the main player. The youtube method is ok.
2. Using the General upload option gives the option to upload an image for thumbnail and not image url. Could this be a problem? In this regard the main player only shows a blank dark screen which plays the intended video when the play button is clicked.

Thumb Images are only used by the Video Galleries.
If you like to add a Poster or Preview Image inside the Player, then you should use the Preview Image field of the same Video Form ( in where you added the Thumb Image ).
