Front end "Third party embeded code" field was created by pduke7

Hi all!
i cant find any option to enable "Third party embeded code" field in the front end editor. Is there a setting that i can't find?

"Third part Embed Code" option accepts JavaScript. So, for security reasons this is enabled only in the site back-end.
