I would like to know how to remove in adding videos by members the SEO options without touching the code? thank you

Very sorry, there is not any setting to remove this at the moment. But, we will have this in future.

As an immediate solution you can remove this by editing the files under,

/public_html/components/com_allvideoshare/views/user/tmpl/add.php
/public_html/components/com_allvideoshare/views/user/tmpl/edit.php
