ALL VIDEO SHARE

I am having great difficulty trying to figure out how to use an image for a video thumbnail for a video that is a non you tube video. How can I accomplish this? The image I want to use resides in a folder from within my media folder in Joomla 3.2

- Go to Components => All Video Share => Videos

- Click edit your existing video to which you need to add the image (or) click New add a new Video

- Select "Video Type" as "Direct URL".

- Now, you should get fields like "Thumb", "Preview". Kindly add your image file path in these fields.

Image added through "Thumb" field is used in the gallery where as the "Preview" field input is used inside the player as the poster image.

yes...I understand that part..just can't seem to configure the correct address for it to read an image in my joomla media folder. Not sure what the correct format is...have tried it several ways, to no avail.
