Hi Mr Vinoth,

My users are having trouble uploading videos using "General Upload"

When they choose the video to upload and click submit, the page just hangs for a very long time and also gives an error, you can see this below.

is there a way to fix this? and also can it be disabled from allowing users to select general upload?

Could you get me your Joomla! admin and Server FTP details ? So, I can check what is going wrong.

Kindly get me the following files, So, I can remove "General Upload" for your users and get it back to you.

- {root} / components / com_allvideoshare / views / user / tmpl / default_add.php

- {root} / components / com_allvideoshare / views / user / tmpl / edit.php

Its clear that the script calls for controllers/index.php.php, instead of index.php.

I think in this case the line:

require_once JPATH_COMPONENT.DS.'controllers'.DS.$controller.'.php';

should be changed to

require_once JPATH_COMPONENT.DS.'controllers'.DS.$controller ;

Som how he is allready calling the index.php and that line adds another .php behind it
