Hi,
I own a server at home inside my local network and I manage my website on it. When I add a video, the path of the file is like this:
192.168.1.xxx/joomla/media/all_videoshare/category1/video1.mp4
At home, several users can display the video on their computer. Amazing.
Outside, this does not work. My friends reports this message: netstream.play.streamnotfound
Ok, the above path is not suitable outside my local network and I should use:
www.mywebsite.com/joomla/media/all_video...category1/video1.mp4
If I do that, I have several problems:
1) I cannot test my video at home and I get the netstream.play.streamnotfound message.
2) My home family cannot display the video anymore.
3) I assume that my friends can see it.
Calling my website by its internet address is a kind of round loop from home to home that is not supported by my internet provider (it is the explanation I got).
Relative video path seems not to be supported by allvideoshare. At this point, I do not known how to have my website videos available for my family at home and for my friends.
