ALL VIDEO SHARE

The thumbnails and previews for the uploaded youtube movies aren't generated automaticly. Instead i get a strange grey image.

What am i doing wrong?

1. Go to Components - All Video Share - Videos and Edit the previously added YouTube Videos

2. Clear the Video field and add the YouTube Page URL. Example :Note : Don't use short URL from YouTube like,3. Clear both the Preview and Thumb fields.

4. Save the form. That's it !!!

Hi, Me also have a same problem, Thumbs not generated, when I use the youtube url, then I get the following message: do not found the video, when I want to play that. If I use the short youtube link, then goes everithing good but the thumb not generated..

Okay, it now works, but on my site the generated, thumbnails pictures is really wrong quality! Why? I became wrong quality thumbnails picture from youtube...can I set this potion or how can I change for the better picture? Because I try write in the thumbs field write so : images/thumbs/thumbnail.jpg but it not worked.. Please advise me

Kindly try using Complete URL like mysite.com/images/thumbs/thumbnail.jpg
