Actually I followed the steps but, I didn't know what was wrong, because my videos are in http://localhost/media/com_allvideoshare/test/...
The server is my computer, I added the video by using the general upload, and it doen't work, if I use RTMP streamer would I fill in the part video "http://localhost/media/com_allvideoshare/test/video.mp4" and the part streamer what should I write if my subdomaine is filmstreaming.no-ip.org :/

You need to use the DIRECT URL method. Just upload your video to "/media/com_allvideoshare/" directory using your FTP client and add the following path as your Video URL in "Components => All Video Share => Videos".

I used the direct URL method, my video is in localhost/media/com_allvideshare/test/date.mp4
and I fill in th path:
filmstreaming.no-ip.org/media/com_allvideoshare/test/date.mp4
Now when I visite the page to see the video, IDM open and download the video, so I can download it but not watch it in the website and the message appear when I click to play, NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound :/
