Problem with video general upload was created by Jesús

Hi,

I have a problem with video mp4 4MB.

I create a video with General Upload type.

When I try to see the video on the frontend I got a black screen . I can hear only sound, but not video.

Could you help me?

The issue is with the Codec used by your Video. Just re-encode your video using Handbrake and try using the encoded video file.

Recommended output format is M4V or MP4.
