i have videos in landscape and portrait. Player always stretch it. If i use stretch-mode: original i have audio only and no video. How to play back portrait videos proper ?

Does the video disappear only when you set the stretch mode to the original? Then, probably the player is not able to read the video metadata. Kindly try re-encoding your video using

While using Handbrake to encode your videos :
Kindly use the default Profile but remember to Check the small Web optimized box from the Handbrake Tool. It ensures the metadata of your video is written at the start, so Flash can swiftly see its duration and dimensions.
