Hi,
I recently installed AVS on my site but are having trouble creating a player profile and/or editing the default profile.
As soon as I try to save the configuration i get
You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I've checked and all folders have 0755 and all the files have 0644.

I doubt your server is using 'mod_security' and it blocks the forms with heavy data. Kindly ask your host to disable it for a moment to confirm the issue. If the issue is confirmed, kindly ask them to add exception for our pages.
