ALL VIDEO SHARE

I uploaded a video under advertisement and followed the documentation on how to enable it however, when I go to watch the videos they do not show. How do I get the ads to show?

The advertisements work only with self-hosted videos. Kindly share with us your site address in where we can check this directly. So, we could get a clue about the issue and assist you accordingly.

The ad video is playing fine for us here. Please let me know in which browser and device you get the issue. So, I can check with the same.

I am using Firefox and Chrome with a 2019 Macbook Pro and Dell XPS13

It did work for a week and then stopped working.

I see the ads play sometimes and not other times. Particularly, the ads work when the browser can autoplay the video. 

• Kindly go to the  "Components => All Video Share => Videos" menu from your Joomla backend.
• Click the "Options" button at the top-right corner of the page.
• Find the "Autoplay" option and simply disable it.
• Then, kindly check now. Hope the issue is solved now.

Technically, the autoplay is not guaranteed to work 100% because this is the most restricted by the browsers themselves. So, we recommend keeping it disabled.
