How do I change the "what are you saying to yourself" video....forgot

For the YouTube videos, we use their "Iframe API". The text (Title) in your question comes from the YouTube API itself. Unfortunately, the YouTube API doesn't allow us to remove the title and  the related videos. So, technically this is NOT possible

But I did it in the past that's what confused me, I could just change that top video?

Yes, this was possible before. But, YouTube started applying these restrictions on AUGUST 23, 2018. You can check this on the YouTube website here developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters#august-23,-2018
