Sorry, the MKV is not a web standard video file format. So, it doesn't play in all the browsers.  In reality, the videos are played by the browsers themselves and we just add a wrapper (custom controls) to the browser's video player. So, we need to comply with the browser's video file format and codec requirements. We would always recommend using the MP4 file format because it's the only format that is widely supported in all browsers. So, the solution is to re-encode your video file to the MP4 file format.

Kindly re-encode your video file using the Handbrake handbrake.fr/ (Free) tool. Then upload the re-encoded file.

Recommended CODECs are,
Video: H264
Audio: AAC
Output Format: MP4

Handbrake is a FREE encoder that you can use to re-encode your videos. Kindly refer to the "Encoding H.264 Video with HandBrake" section in diveintohtml5.info/video.html for more details.

For most advanced usage, please check vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224978308-HandBrake
and

Hope this solved your issue.

Aah. I found the reason for the issue. But, the videos are not working for me even in the desktops.

Reason for the issue:
I see your website uses SSL (https://). But, your video file URL is a Non SSL URL (http://). This will not work. When your site uses SSL, the media files should also use SSL to work. This may work in some browsers, but fails in most browsers.

In other words, the following URL
https://avisapro.ir/movie/new/movies/foreign-movies/item/148-black-widow
uses the video file URL
http://dl1.avisapro.ir/media/movie/2021/Black.Widow/Online/Black.Widow-480p.mp4

Kindly look at the URL protocols.
