after the Advertisement video, start the normal video, but the control bar disappears after a few seconds and is no longer displayed on mouseover,

Probably a conflct. Kindly try disabling the "ReadMore" plugin you have installed. Let me know if this solved your issue.  So, we can send you a patch that fixes the conflict with this plugin.

I disabled the "readmore" plugin but the problem remained. I installed the eXtplorer component.

But, still I see some JS errors in the browser console that comes from the "readmorepro" plugin. Do you have caching enabled? Please try clearing it. If possible, please email us your site admin access details here allvideoshare.mrvinoth.com/#contact-us to further investigate the issue.
