Component user group permissions was created by pduke7

Hi all!
i have created a new user group and i want to give the users of this group permissions to access All Video Share component from the back end. I have done all steps required for another two components for the same purpose but there is no "Options" button on the top right corner of the All Video Share component page.
So where can i find the "Permissions" page of the component?

Sorry, this is not possible through our current version. But, our next version can do this. Please be patient.

it is very urgent so i had to do it manually. Following this guide i managed to have a minimal control of permissions.
