At first, "All Video Share" doesn't support FFMPEG. So, you no need this tool on your server to play your videos.

No, Our component doesn't convert the video formats to one another.

We always recommend uploading your videos in "MP4" format because it can be played using both HTML5/FLASH players and supports all browsers/devices.

No, FFMPEG is not required.
