Some people are getting the following error:

NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound

Other's, as myself, can see the video.

Is there something the client has to do
on there end or is something in the back end
that I have to do.

Generally this error "NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound" occurs, when the video file path is invalid. Kindly get me your site link in where we can check this issue.

I can see the video is good and it works fine for me in all my browsers. Still those users are seeing this issue? Can you please get some more details from them, like their browser, browser version and the OS?
