ALL VIDEO SHARE

Hi dear. The videos work on the windows and android perfectly but on the apple system is not working.
should I setup or change something in config? how should I solve this issue?

I uploaded videos via FTP Client and use Direct URL method of AllVideoShare to add them to the componenton: public_html/media/com_allvideoshare/categoryNam bou sfter uploading I can see player on screen but when I try to play player shows me an error of: "NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound"
But if I upload via General Upload method of AllVideoShare, it works.

Then, the video URL you've added must be wrong. Kindly get me the URL which you have added.
