You can configure this under Components => All Video Share => General Configuration[Front-End User Settings]
But, still "DIRECT URL" & "GENERAL UPLOAD" methods cannot be removed. Kindly mail me your FTP access to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. So, I can remove them for you.
