Video no play was created by skate

I added a video to .mp4 url of my server . The PC does not load while smartphone see it well.
why?

OK perfect. I redid the video in .mp4 with Hanbrake and processed correctly.
Then I retouched with QTIndexSwapper.
Now is visible both on pc smartphone.
