Removing the Meta-Keyword and Description from UI was created by kevin Black

I am trying to remove the meta details from being an option when the person uploads a video to my page. Can someone tell me which file this can be commented out in the PHP code?

You must edit the following files,

{root}/components/com_allvideoshare/views/user/tmpl/default_add.php
{root}/components/com_allvideoshare/views/user/tmpl/edit.php
