ALL VIDEO SHARE

In user manager we have created an additional viewing access level "paid subscribers", as distinct from just registered users. This new viewing access populates easily to all components of the website (articles and so on), but it does not go All Video Share, where the access level options for each video are only public and registered, with this new level of paid subscribers missing from the dropdown. How do we get All Video Share to populate its access level dropdown with this additional viewing access level?
