I am unable to get advertisements to load on my videos? I have the ads set for preroll. What am I doing wrong.?

Have you enabled PREROLL ads under Components => All Video Share => Players ?

If not, kindly enable it and it should solve your problem.

I did that but still cannot get the advertisement to show. My video is hosted on Youtube and I use an embed code to bring it into AllShare. The video is saved as an .m4v file. Should it be saved as something different?
I enjoy Allshare and this is getting my website a lot of traffic. Thanks for replying.
