so how we add two more filed (dropdown)

Similar but not exactly the same question:

I'd like to add a new field to allvideoshare, in an already existing and customized joomla/all video share installation (created long time ago by someone else in my company).

The thing is that customization voluntarly ignored some fields offered by allvideoshare (such as video hd), and I'd like to know if there is some way I can get them back (at least one of them) in the customization.

- Purchase Order ID or the Registered email ID
- Joomla admin
- Server FTP access

To be honest, I'm not sure what customization we made for you. So, we need those details in order to implement the option back.
