Player icons not displayed or not working well was created by Sandra Halouis

Hello,

I bought you plug-in recently, and I've discovered some bugs on many browsers :
On IE10 - The icons displayed at the bottom of the video are invisible but i can click on them,
On Mozilla Firefox, everything is fine,
On Google Chrome and Safari, the icons are displayed but we cannot click on them at the good position, we can click on them some pixel above.

The icons concerned are the "play" icon, "sound" icon, and "full screen" icon.

Here are some screenshots about the defects.

I'm looking forward your answer

Best regards,
sandra

It seems widgetkit from your site template is loading mediaelement.js. Kindly disable this as the solution for IE issue.

Also, I found the player conflicts with some of your template libraries which cause the 'click' issue. I've received your FTP details and will fix this issue directly in your server using this.

Thanks a lot to have fixed the problems, but I don't know how to disable a script only for IE ?

Thanks

Not only for IE. The solution is to avoid loading mediaelement.js unnecessarily.

The script was loaded by your template. So, there should be an option to disable this in your template's control panel. Or you can just contact your template provider on this ...
