I have joomla version 1.5.6 and a i have previous version of All video share with no sub categories, if i will instal the latest version of Video share
over the old version i will have any issues ?

So, you should be using our oldest version.
Actually, the upgrade process doesn't affect anything. I'm sure this will work fine if you're using Joomla 2.5.x and Joomla 3.x versions. But, since you're using Joomla 1.5.6, I strongly recommend to have the back-up of your website before doing this. Because, we have stopped testing our latest versions in Joomla 1.5.x
