ALL VIDEO SHARE

I do use handbrake video encoder but I recently bought Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate and when I use it to rip a dvd into Mp4 and upload it the video never plays you just get the circle thing waiting. I also tried QTindex Swapper 2 on the file before upload and said the MOOV was in the correct place. I have tried settings in Wondershare made for YouTube and Vimeo and both convert to Mp4 and still no luck. However if I run the converted file from Wondershare through handbrake and upload it then it works. Any ideas?
I would just use Handbrake but it does not decrypt DVD's

"The video never plays" - Probably you're using wrong codecs. I'm not aware of Wondershare. Kindly make sure if it could use "H264 codec" for "Video" and "AAC codec" for "Audio". If possible, then it should solve your problem.

Kindly get me the download link for your video file encoded using Wondershare. So, I can check for the issue.
