How would I add blank line spacing under the "page heading" (which is above the video thumbnails)? If done in General Settings/Front End Stylesheets, can you please provide me with the correct code.

Also, is there any way to add text under the "page heading"?

To the Top of "General Settings/Front End Stylesheets"

Unfortunately this doesn't work. The top of the letters in the Page title are cut off slightly and there is thin gray line under the page title rather than a blank line.
