Dear Support,

First of all let me thank you for such a great extension, however before going with commercial licence I would like to solve some issues i am having while using your extension.

I have read all the instructions on your forum as well as read full documentation, but despite that I could not manage to stream videos from Amazon CloudFront.

above are videos locations on Amazon, below is the configurations i tried:

Type: RTMP Streaming

Streamer: rtmp://s1e30sd98jq3ol.cloudfront.net/cfx/st/ i have also tried
rtmp://s1e30sd98jq3ol.cloudfront.net/cfx/st/videos/

Video: artzone_final_trailer.mp4

HTTP link: d1h3spu61n799o.cloudfront.net/videos/artzone_final_trailer.mp4

But non of Streamer links work, player just don't load video instead it shows only loading icon.

Please check and help me to solve the issue!

I can see the "HTTP links" are working good. Kindly double-check www.enteringtheartzone.com/component/all...hare/video/skin-fade

Regarding Streaming URL,

Ensure your stream is indeed available at the correct location and any security mechanism (Cloudfront signing) is correctly set. If the stream is a live stream, ensure the encoder is connected and streaming video too.
