Hello

I have seen this issue without solution, I can't get the player to work; here an example: www.lacasadelarbolestudio.com/index.php/...-servicios#section12

1. Go to Components => All Video Share => Players.
2. Edit your player profiles, change the TYPE to HTML5.
3. Save the changes and check now.

Thanks, but the html5 is disabled (PRO Option), even when i already enter my licence.

Looks like you have not installed the PRO package. Kindly download the PRO package from your account and install it again from Extensions => Manage as you would normally install any other extensions.

That's correct, since i read the FAQ section that says "There is no any special package for the commercial users other than the Commercial Key" I had not installed the pro content; sorry.

It works now
