Auto Start was created by Alec Thorne

I have setup may Player with Autostart enabled. This Player is set as default.
I have uploaded two MP4 videos, one created in Camtasia with Autostart activated during the creation of th evideo, and one with Autostart deactivated.
Neither of these start automatically using the Player set up in All Video Share.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Many thanks,

This is a restriction from the browsers.

Generally, Autoplay doesn't work in mobiles. But, recently the desktop browsers have also started applying restrictions over this feature. In latest Chrome and Safari, Autoplay works only when there is user interactivity. For example, if you opened your video page by clicking a link inside your website, the Autoplay will work. But, if you opened the page by directly entering the URL in your browser (or refreshed the video page), then this will not work.
