I am upgrading my site so I have created copy on localhost where everything works fine but its not playing the videos. The video folder is there in the same location as on the server. Any suggestions?

All your Video URLs must be using the localhost paths. Kindly edit all your videos under components => All Video Share => Videos and change the localhost paths with your domain name.
