i have noticed that some firefox and android browser can not see my videos
when i checked on some android phone they can see the page but they can not see the play button to tap and play the video

Regarding Firefox,

Recently we updated the same 2.3.0 version in our website with the fix for the Firefox playback issue. So, kindly download and install the latest version without uninstalling the existing installation in your site.


Regarding Android,

In mobiles, we just give fall-back to your mobile browser's Video player. So, the problem must be with your mobile browser's player itself. Kindly let me know in which device and Android version do you test this. Please share me your site link. So, we can check this from our end.

would you please tell me wich part or file has been changed?
because I myself make some changes to allvideo share files if you tell me wich part has been changed its very helpfull

We just modified /components/com_allvideoshare/player.swf file.

i have installed the new version but when i checked web site i can not see my video on fire fox, my firefox suddenly stop working

I can see the Videos in your website playing fine in my Firefox browser.

Kindly try upgrading your Flash player plugin version.
