Do you use any third party SEF extension? If yes, kindly try removing All Video Share from the settings of your SEF extension.

If still the issue remains, please email your Joomla admin and Server FTP access details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. So, we can check what is going wrong.

I excluded All Video Share from sh404SEF and now it works!
