Hi,

I have used both MP4 & M4V video format converted via Handbrake and found both running well on mobile devices. However, when play on a desktop PC using either Firefox or Chrome browser, there is audio but NO picture (video) appear.

It seems you have provided wrong URL. Kindly get me the correct page URL in where I can the issue.

Anyhow, I guess you have used wrong video codec to encode your video. Kindly double check that your handbrake encoding settings use H264 codec for video and AAC codec for audio.
