some people reporting me that they see only black was created by dalibor

Hello some people reporting me that they see only black screen.
Is there any update which will solve that?
I cannot replicate the problem it works fine for me on mac, safari, ff, chrome.
But they have IE.

They should be using outdated flash player plugin version. Kindly ask them upgrade to latest flash player version get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Let me know if still the issue remains ...

but on Mac, Ipad, Iphone its everything ok, for 2 weeks its was work.

Looking strange! Your issue differs from dalibor. Kindly get me your Joomla admin and Server FTP access to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . So, I can check and fix this directly.

I have checked your link in 2 of my windows 8 system and can get the video working good. Could you please try by clearing your browser cache ?
