Some Youtube Videos don't work, others do was created by Wastyn

I have a problem, I want to add a Youtube video, with the following URL:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACaPqUw-I54

Bute the Video does not play, you can only see a black screen:
lim-o.at/de/component/allvideoshare/video/kinder-in-bewegung

Other Youtube Videos seem to work, what can cause this problem?

The particular video is not working for me in YouTube website itself. So, the video itself should have issues.

Thanks for the quick response.
That is strange, for me the video works in all common browsers on Youtube.

Is it possible a Youtube video has some restriction based on country or something similar that can cause this?

I don't think the video is restricted by country/region. Kindly check my attached screenshot. I always get 'An error occurred. Please try again later'
