ALL VIDEO SHARE

Hello,

Since a few days ago, I don't know why, all videos created in AllVideoShare doesn't start (I tried all the types: YouTube, Direct Url, etc).
The thumb image is correctly showed, while instead of the preview image there is a black image, and no button to play the video.
Any idea about how to solve this playback issue?

I feel the issue is with the wrong Player ID which is invalid. Kindly double check your Player IDs..

If you feel hard to find it, then just mail me your Joomla! admin details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. So that I can fix it immediately.
