Hello the small problem is when I create a video on my page I get the gray player. I followed all the steps and put the url of the Youtube page and follow me out the same, and not how to fix it, and our web page www.veteranosxerezcd.com/

Yes, you have changed the URL format. But, please clear both "Preview" and "Thumb fields" before save. This will re-create them both with correct inputs.
