I uploaded a .mov video with DirectURL. The video has audio, using quicktime it I can hear it, but with AVS player I only see without hearing the sound.

Then the issue should be with the Audio Codec used by your Video. Just re-encode your video using Handbrake and try using the encoded video file. Recommended output format is M4V or MP4.
