If, I could see your Live Video Page URL, then I can check your Page Setup and provide the exact solution. But, since you are working with your Local Setup, it will be more hard for me to guess the issue. So, Kindly get me more information on your setup like below,

1. Double check whether your Video URL is Correct.

2. Do you have Custom Player Page URL added with the gallery module ?

3. Does the Custom Page has the Player Module enabled with Auto Detection set to Yes ?

Also, it will be more better, if you could get me the screen shots of your Module admin pages and Front-end Pages...
