Could you get me your video URL format ?

I guess you use "localhost" in your URL. Instead I would suggest using IP Address.

other PC in network use this IP : http://192.168.10.159/video
for open website and android too.
but in android devices video cannot play.HTML5 5 is Default on chrome and Firefox

FOrmat Video : MP4
Audeo Coded: AAC

please Help Me.

Could you try re-encoding your video using Handbrake ?

Recommended format : MP4 / M4V
Video codec : H264
Audio codec : AAC

I test Handbrake and I can Output MP4 Format
But Problem not solvoed too,
output FOrmat :

format : MP4
